Introduction to the Self Study Document

Welcome to the Accreditation Self Study Documents site! The Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health. CEPH's accreditation procedures require that the HSPH periodically undertake a self-evaluation and submit a self-study document prior to a site visit by a team of qualified peer reviewers. The reviewers validate the self-study during an extensive site visit. The school was fully accredited for seven years in 2010. An Accreditation Steering Committee, consisting of alumni, employers, students, faculty, and staff, is overseeing the accreditation process.
