Welcome to the UX @ Harvard Library Wiki

This wiki contains project documentation, templates for User Experience (UX) methods, and resources for conducting user tests. This wiki is maintained by the staff of the User Research Center at Harvard Library (URC).

UX is much more than usability testing. The library user experience includes the way users interact with library services, spaces, and resources in-person and online.
