Thank you, Patrick, for this helpful feedback. I'm currently the RO contact for the sectioning tool. I recognize that this tool leaves a lot to be desired; unfortunately it is really old and fragile code which I've been told by IT is difficult to mess with. However, I am focused on making any tweaks I have control over, such as instructional materials. These are short term fixes; we are currently beginning to search for a long-term plan on how to either build a new tool in-house, or seek out a vendor to provide a solution.
What type of instructional materials would be most helpful to TFs? Improved web documentation on the step-by-step process, video documentation walking you through setup, etc.? Both? In terms of deadlines, do you feel you were notified in an appropriate time frame to submit the registration form? Would it be better for me to time the outreach communication closer to study card day?
I appreciate any other feedback you might have, esp. around small tweaks that might make a big difference in the user experience.
