Request a new or updated login (or request login deletion) for one owner code Library and Archives Staff

These instructions pertain to login requests for DRS for staff that work within a single Library unit.

  1. Contact your Login Liaison to request a new or updated Login.
  2. Liaison: Complete and sign a Single Owner Code Login Request Form (PDF). This is an interactive or "fillable" PDF form, but you do need to sign it.
  3. Liaison: Have your Login Approver sign the completed Login Request Form.

Submit the signed forms to LTS. You can send the printed forms thru campus mail (90 Mt. Auburn St, to attention of "Login Requests") or scan the forms and send electronically. To do that, send a support request with the uploaded request form.

These instructions pertain to login requests for DRS for staff that work across multiple Library units

  1. Contact your Manager to request a new or updated Login
  2. Manager: Complete and sign a Multiple Owner Codes Login Request Form (PDF). This is an interactive or "fillable" PDF form, but you do need to sign it.
  3. Manager: Submit the Login Request Form to the Super Approver, the Head of Digital Preservation (business owner of the DRS) for approval.
  4. Super Approver: Submit the signed forms to LTS. You can send the printed forms thru campus mail (90 Mt. Auburn St, to attention of "Login Requests") or scan the forms and send electronically. To do that, send a support request with the uploaded request form.
