Benefit:  Communication channels between LTS and HL are continuously evolving to meet needs across the spectrum of libraries and levels of staff throughout Harvard Libraries.  Improving communication in FY18 will include re-establishing LTS@work newsletter, improving the LTS website, assessing and refining support center processes, as well as building a stronger relationship with the IT advisory group for tracking and adjusting priority projects using service roadmaps
