- Roll Law ledger
- Deactivate Law ledger (only on sandbox, will already be deactivated on prod)
- Roll all Law/Langdell owned POLs (cost-shares won't roll b/c they have other funds that haven’t rolled yet)
- Roll all the other ledgers
- Deactivate the 2022 ledgers (only on sandbox, will already be deactivated on prod)
- Roll SO order types on encumbrance
- Roll all other orders on expenditure, with an inflation factor of 4%
- Post-rollover, Amy will run batch update for continuous MEAAD-owned orders to become penny
